“I moved into Northville Township a year ago. I saw the effectiveness of the department when several cars were burglarized in Kings Mill. The police were able to capture all the thieves and eventually return all the stolen property. They showed great expertise in getting fingerprints from the cars and gathering evidence for convictions. They frequently drive through our complex and always come when there is a 911 medical emergency. I also attended the Have a Coffee with a Cop program. Where you have one on one time with an officer. The Northville Township is one of the best police agencies I have seen.”

“Time 11am on Dec. 31, 2018 Bob Bellemare, Oxford, CT 06478 A few days ago while traveling from CT to FL I decided to get a coffee at Dunkin Donuts in Starke. I went into the DD's while my wife was in the car so I left my keys in the ignition. My wife then had to visit the ladies room so she grabbed her pocketbook, lock the doors of the car and went to the ladies room. Long story short my keys were lock in the car and my wife and I were totally locked out. I call 911 and very soon after a police car pulled up and the officer (wish I got his name) was so polite, helpful and considerate to or problem I had to write this review. In short order , he was able to open up the car very professionally and would not accept a tip even though I kept insisting. What a "super" gentleman !!!! Starke must be very proud of this officer!!!”

“9 people in the I-20 wreck at 10:43pm To the LaGrange police dept and EMS. My name is Jack Taylor i was one of the first on the scene of this accident. I wanted to take the time to say how outstanding your department handled this situation. The response time was amazing and due to that fact it saved lives. It is still vividly in my mind how horrific this accident was. It will forever be imprinted in my heart and mind the honor and service that everyone on duty that night gave to the injured. “I had a troubling issue arise today with my property manager and cleaning service. They decided that they would not clean, return all of my linens or return my keys. I didn't want to bother the Sheriff's office but I felt like I had no choice being over 4.5 hours away. I had to scramble to find a new manager, get my cabin cleaned for the guest coming in later that afternoon and to get my property back. I could not have done this with out having keys or lines. Deputy Rick Wroobel responded to my call right away. He got the property manager to return my property and checked to make sure all the keys were returned and the lock box was working properly. I feel so grateful to have such an awesome Sheriff's department be as responsive as they were to a non emergency matter. Deputy Wroobel communicated effectively and was respectful to all parties and got the matter resolved right away. Thank you for all your good work - you make your department shine!!”
