“I did a ton of research on ebikes. I spent two weeks of lunch hours visiting stores and test riding ebikes. I thought I had settled on an ebike and was ready to write a nearly $5000 cheque. One last internet search got me to Energie Cycles. Boy, am I glad it did. The Energie Cycle store is a no-frills place: no show room, no accessories. Just very knowledgeable staff with a row of demo bikes lined up in the workshop. I discussed my situation with Tim the sales rep and he pointed me to the G360-MTB 500W Ebike by Dillenger. I rode it for five minutes and knew this was the one for me. I ordered one on the spot and picked it up the next day. On the way out the door with my new ebike, Tim noticed something on the bike that was not quite right. He quickly discovered the problem but found he could not fix it quickly enough to get me out the door. So he took another of the same model out of inventory and while watched (and helped) he un-boxed it, assembled it, and adjusted the ergonomics to my satisfaction. It took 20 minutes and now I know how to adjust and operate my new ebike with confidence. Their prices are unbelievable, too. I spent less than half of what I was prepared to. But I also know that for the money I spent, I got a high quality, mid-grade machine. I did not pay for the ultimate in high grade equipment that I will never use to its fullest capacity. I got the machine that is right for me. I will mostly ride it on the street but will take it on trails when I can. I am not a hard-core BMX rider and don’t need high dollar, high grade components. The Dillenger lineup is great for the enthusiast that doesn’t need to spend a ton of money. Energie Cycles is a great store with great people and great products.”

“I usually purchase breakfast on Getwell Road in Memphis TN. The breakfast is very tasty, especially the #1. The coffee is delicious too. There is a really nice lady who waits on me each morning. She is so warm and friendly and always has a smile.”

“I don't usually post reviews, but I had a really great experience here getting my golf clubs re-gripped. Mitch, the golf guy, was courteous, professional, and helpful in making sure I got the best possible deal, and gave me a reasonable expectation of the time it would take--which he eventually surpassed. Mike, the cashier, was awesome, and caught a mistake we made during the checkout process and tracked me down in the store to let me know he rectified it. When I came in close to closing time, the staff made it easy, and I was in and out in under 2 minutes. Additionally, everyone's steadfastness to social distancing in the time of COVID was appreciated.”

“Been enjoying the finds at Play it Again for years now. Half the time I go in and can't find anything I like, the other half its exactly what I'm looking for!! That's the beauty of a used shop, finding the gems at the right time. Staff could be a little nicer is the only reason for my 4/5 stars. Again, half the time seems like I get someone whose bothered by me and the other half its the same big guy (owner??) who is great to chat with and always knowledgeable about what I'm looking for.”

“Quick and fast. I picked up 3 EZ Up Canopys via Curbside. 2 gentleman delivered them to my car and put them in my backseat. I waited less than 4 minutes. I'm in the Hospitality industry so I was disappointed when they said they were not allowed to take tips. They're providing a service and should be allowed to accept tips, especially since tips mean :To Insure Proper Service!!!”

“Turns out these folks were the only people doing Li-Ion rebuilds during the COVID-19 pandemic. Good thing they are as decent as they were. Rebecca in sales is great! Everyone answering the phone (which they did quickly) was good too. Yes, it took 4 weeks, but they told me it would, and then when they got to it, it was done in 2 days, and shipped back to me. Great work and I'm back on the road again! First rate!”

“I found an aluminum frame mountain bike with disk brakes and quick release wheels. The high quality bike is beautiful and fairly priced. I’ve notice large retailers jacking up bike prices during covid-19. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Today, was my first visit to The Bike Hut but it definitely won’t be my last. Located at Pier 40 (South Beach Harbor) on the Embarcadero is a literal hut, painted yellow with a large sign that says The Bike Hut. Great thing about this location is that parking is available if your traveling from a distance and need to transport your bicycle via car. It’s a fairly large parking lot with over thirty (30) available spaces. The Bike Hut is open Wednesday - Sunday from 10 am - 5 pm normally, but the adjusted hours due to COVID-19 is now Wednesday - Sunday from 12 pm (noon) - 5 pm. It’s best to call first! The repair technician can provide a heads up on how busy they are. When I took my Pure Fix bike to be fixed because of a busted inter-tube, the repair technician told me specially when to come. In addition to repairing bicycles, The Bike Hut has a 501(c)3 Non Profit youth training and recycling program. This is a great opportunity to give back or donate gently used / wear bicycles. It’s only fitting that The Bike Hut offers “bicycle rentals, sales, and repairs.” Lastly, the best thing about The Bike Hut is that they accept “commuter checks,” for payment. I had a great experience and would highly recommend.”

“Tim was the best... he helped me find my dream bike which turned out to be a Marin. I had not ridden in a few years and had so many questions. He was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills! I highly recommend him and Marin!”

“From the first test ride with Ramey to the final delivery of my "dream" bike, this was an amazing and uniquely positive experience. I've been to dozens of bike shops, and yet it was rare to get a sense from that the people you were dealing with could take the time to truly understand what I wanted and needed. The attention to detail yielded on of the best buying experiences I've ever had; for a bike or any other big ticket item. Can't wait to refer my friends.”

“Recently took my road bike for a full tune-up. I had put a lot of miles on the bike and it really needed it. They did a wonderful job! I took it out for a 33 mile road test the next day and it rode like a dream. Very happy with their work. Would definitely ???? recommend them for serious cyclist.”

“Such an amazing showroom in a beautiful location, sitting right on the water! Tower has truly enhanced their products and will give you a tour of the facility! Their customer service is amazing! This is the place to be to purchase an inflatable paddle board or electric bike. I’ll be coming back!”

“I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name who helped me today. Such a fun and friendly environment. It was a no pressure approach as he showed me the different bikes they had that fit what I was looking for. He wasn't going for the highest dollar but what I actually needed. As a novice in the bike world I felt comfortable with my choice and purchase! I was even able to test ride it! I am going to love the free tune ups for my bike on the future and know if I ever have a problem I'll be able to go to Global bikes.”

“I live out of town and don't have a very good snowboard shop near me. I stopped in because I was looking for a new board, boots, and bindings. Mike was extremely helpful and spent about 45 minutes with me explaining to me the different board types and getting me fitted for the right size boots and bindings. My exact size was not in stock and since I was visiting from out of town he directed me to the website to order and ship directly to me. I felt bad leaving the store and not buying anything, especially after Mike spent so much time with me. So after I left the store that night I ordered a new board I found on sale online, and the boots and bindings Mike recommended. He was extremely helpful and definitely made my experience a great one! Thanks Mike!”
