“After being told by various shops around Milwaukee that it would be 4-8 weeks before anyone could service me bike, I came across Ben’s. I called them and explained my problem with my derailleur alignment and asked how many weeks out they were. To my surprise I was told if it’s just adjustment, about two hours and if more is needed about 9 days. Awesome news to hear alone. I threw my Colnago in my car and drove it to there shop less than an hour before closing, expecting to leave it there. I was greeted at the door and explained my issues. A gentlemen took it back to their service area and 5 min later came back and asked I take it around the block. Instantly it rode like new again, and when I asked was there anything else I should schedule service wise, I was told that the bike is in real good shop overall. Just to wipe it down. Honest answer which was much appreciated. I went from waiting a couple months to having my bike fixed in 5 minutes. No charge on this quick adjustment, but I will definitely be coming back for any service or cycle needs!! Thank you!”

“I always like to find the best deals on everything. Speedy Pete's had the same bike in stock I was looking at online. It was already built and put together for the exact same price as the online store (which would be in pieces). Test rode the bike 1 afternoon and pulled the trigger on the purchase. Excellent transaction!!! Then 10 days later on my own doing, the bike fell and bent the shifter stuff (my terminology). I took my prized possession to Tony the next day and Tony fixed my screw up within an hour. Service on this fix was one that made me a customer for life. It feels good to do business with local people who care about the customers first and foremost. If you are leaning towards the online purchase vs Speedy Pete's, I would highly recommend Speedy Pete's. The local service and knowledgeable employee's were awesome. Thanks for my new E-bike!”

They gave great recommendations, and the attention to detail in the drink making was extremely impressive. Sorry the visit was short this time.
