“Picked up my bike and attempted to ride it on local trails but had dropper post issues. The mechanic I dealt with seemed irritated to see me back but took care of it. I usually repair my own bikes- the reason I took it back rather than removing the seatpost and doing it myself was out of concern for voiding warranty immediately after purchase. Also, after buying something right off the floor, I expect every moving piece to be dialed. Great bike...mixed customer service feelings, and banker hours.”

I thought I needed to have both tires repaired since neither tire would not stay aired up. The young man said actually I did not need 2 tires i only needed one to be fixed. The other one was still in good condition just the valve needed to be adjusted. He fixed it and didn't charge me extra. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didnt want or needed. “I found Quad Cycles because I needed a store that carried Mavic wheels. I had bought a Mavic wheelset online that didn't fit my bike and needed help. My local bike store had no idea how to help me when I showed them my problem. Luckily Rustem at Quad Cycles understood the issue right away and helped me order the right stuff for my bike. I usually do my own bike maintenance, but it turned out that high end wheels were out of my league. Quad Cycles' prices are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I now have some really nice wheels, disc brakes and pads and the piece of mind that it was all done right. Ill add some pictures later.”

“Why walk when you can ride a golf cart. It is really helpful to rent a golf cart to see the main points of Catalina Island. I was only in Catalina Island for the day and the golf cart saves time to be able to do other activities. You can see all the main points via the route they recommend in one hour. However, it is better to rent it for the full 2 hours in case you want to see the Wrigley Memorial & Botanical Gardens. The price for 2 hours is $90.00 and there is a $45 cash (only) deposit fee. You get the deposit back once the cart is returned. The driver who gave me the golf cart was friendly to show how to operate it. My recommendation is to make sure to reserve a time frame online. The golf carts sell out quickly when you arrive to the island. The company provides a map that shows the streets and route to take to get the best views.”

I’ve been to more than 10 different ski rental places and this one was my favorite thus far. You can’t bear the price.. it’s $19.99 for EVERYTHING. Snowboard/skies, poles, and shoes.. I mean where would you find a better price. As I mentioned, the service was beyond amazing. Easy going staff who will give you best stuff that you’ll need to have a wonderful time at the mountain. My brother had some problems with buckling his bindings, one of the guys took his time to look at it and ACTUALLY fixed it. They have reasonable prices for snow pants as well. Overall had a wonderful experience”
