I'm greeted as soon as I walk in the door and have never had to wait to get a question answered. When I bought a bike rack, they unpacked it from the box, brought it out to my car, and installed it. When I brought a bike in for a flat tire, they took off the wheel, replaced the inner tube, filled it with air, put the wheel back and only charged me the cost of the tube. Great customer service. I also like that they are locally owned, would much prefer to shop with them than some national chain or big box store. Best thing ... I can walk there from my house in Brambleton Town Center.”

“Matt went way out of his way to fix my bike! The brakes on my brand new bike we’re on the fritz, and I first went to another Delaware bike shop to ask for help. I was told I needed to go back to where I bought my bike from to pursue a warranty from the brake manufacturer. Not helpful. Henry’s Bikes, on the other hand, first tried to fix it, then contacted SRAM and got them to send a new set of brakes for free. Henry’s was very reasonably priced, customer focused, and just super nice about it. Really thankful!”
