“Friendly staff, large choice of bikes. But beware of the quality of the work of the on site mechanics, and the competency of recommendations. We bought a bike and asked for a matching rear carrier. We got one that doesn't, in fact, fit, as it's too large and now prevents the saddle for lowering all the way. Also, it was shoddily fitted, with bent holders and not horizontal. Updated after the reply from the business: Thank you for the offer! I will come by on the weekend to get it corrected; will post update here when done. Updated after bringing the bike back to the store: Took 15 minutes without any wait time on a Sunday afternoon to get the rack fitted properly. See second picture.”

“My visit here was awesome. The shop is located at bit of a peculiar spot, but other than that, going here is well worth it in my opinion. Both the shop's staff and the customers were all very friendly, and offered me help with any questions I had with setting up a custom board. Not only will they help you gather the equipment you need for a complete board, but they'll also assemble it for you and help fit the board to your liking for you as well. We had booked a child's bike, and there was a mistake and they only had a tandem available. We were a bit disappointed (although the shop made arrangements to fix the situation quickly), until we ventured out into the roundabouts and brisk flowing traffic. “Really helpful modern shop with super knowledgeable crew and well laid out products. I was particularly impressed by their willingness to warranty a pump with too much variance in the readings. During my first visit, the GF and I actually sat on the sofa for about an hour chatting over coffee and jasmine infused soda from the cafe (yes it’s a bike shop that has a mini cafe in it!). They also have locally roasted fresh whole bean coffee bags as well. This is the only shop I will be going to in Vegas not only due to their customer service but nice place to sit for a coffee.”
