“I come here probably once a week and I am yet to ever be disappointed. The service is incredible as the staff is always very inviting, helpful and strike up great conversations. In terms of drinks I always get the iced sodas/hero energy drinks and they’re always super delicious (especially if you add cold foam). I also really enjoy their coffees, especially the iced cosmo as it’s become one of my go to orders. Overall everything here is a 5/5 and I would highly recommend!”

“Authentic Italian Bakery! How did I miss this place?! So unassuming, hole in the wall bakery tucked in the corner of a shopping plaza. The pictures speak for themselves. Delicious and authentic. Don't come here expecting American style pastries or sandwiches. It's amazing and the quality is there! I've been to Italy, husband is from France so his expectations are always high when it's an European bakery. He loved the Italian sandwich and Italian ham especially. As for the prices, it's on par with the quality, did I hear imported Italian flour?! Yes. Italian family owned bakery where you hear them speaking Italian? Yes. Cute Italian mom and dad hanging out in the bakery? Yes. You can't get more authentic than that. My new favorite local bakery.”

“The first think you will notice when you open the door is the amazing aroma of butter. This is not the place to think, "oh no calories!" This is the place you go when you want something delicious, buttery, and soul satisfying. A special treat for yourself or a friend (as I did). I ended up buying one of each tart slice flavor and two of every croissant variant in the case because I just couldn’t choose one. We shall slice and share all of these amazing pastry creations this weekend. They also sell imported chocolates that look very tempting. Super friendly staff who were happy to explain e every item I pointed at and beautifully boxed up the items I was buying to surprise my friends. They even helped carry all my purchases to my car. “We are in LOVE and truly obsessed with this delicious breakfast and lunch place on the outside of the Hilton Garden Inn. The food has been mouthwatering. Deserves a crowd daily. Service fantastic and everyone is so friendly. We are sitting here now eating avocado toast and the English muffin sandwich and saying how this is the best food we have ever eaten. Great smoothies, too. Super sad to leave. Will be coming back to this hidden San Doego gem. IF you are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn this is definitely where you should be eating breakfast. For lunch they have delicious options, too. You won't be sorry if you come here!”

“Amazing place and so glad we finally stopped in! Friendly people, even the other customers hanging out. Family owned, wonderfully thoughtful owner. My son ordered a breakfast sandwich and it did take a bit, but we didn’t even notice because we already had our drinks and were enjoying the environment. When the sandwich was done, she brought it to us and chatted a bit. It had taken so long because she had a gluten-free order before ours and she makes a point to thoroughly clean and change items out before preparing the special dietary need orders. So incredibly thoughtful & appreciated. Dont have that strict a need myself, but always good to know where I can suggest people go who do have that need. Our drinks were delicious (Camden punch & boujee) my son loved the sandwich and said it was very filling (carnivore). We loved that all the seating was outdoors and so shady. There was a big jenga block game in a nearby tub, and the owner said on Saturdays she gets out a bunch of other games too. She noted she has a gluten free party she’s cooking for this weekend, and has a separate staff to help with that so regular customers don’t suffer way longer wait times. Definitely worth the stop and we are definitely returning soon!”

“While searching for coffee, Cafe Pruvia popped up and I’m glad it did. It's a cute shop located in a very busy shopping center in Gardena. It felt like a study room with lots of people studying together on their computers and enjoying a yummy drink. It reminded me of when I was in college studying in the library. Cafe Pruvia offers coffee, lattes, and tea lattes. I went with an iced vanilla latte. Not only did I really enjoy the drink, but I also loved the cup that it was in. I know that's weird, but I just liked the sturdiness of the cup and the shape of it. Hubby and I enjoyed our coffee so much, that we turned around and ordered another drink. This time, we tried their swirled whipped cream matcha drink. That drink was also very good! I loved the way it looked in the cup and I love the way it tasted! Overall, Cafe Pruvia was a success! Amazing drinks, great customer service, and good vibes.”

“First experience with Ethiopian foods!! So light, healthy, and fresh, everything tasted homemade and fluffy but also crisp and natural, left a great taste in the mouth and a weightlessly bouncy belly, the tea was exquisitely spiced with exiting exotic flavors, wish more foods had character like this while being friendly to the diet! The pictures are of the Ethiopian breakfast and California croissant, we also had some decadent yet light baklava and sambusa to-go as well! The drinks were an Ethiopian iced tea which was full of life and flavor without being sugary and a hot chai latte which was comfortingly sweet and spicy. It was a quiet cafe-ambience atmosphere with gorgeous lighting and cool location, perfect for brunch! The staff were all so nice and came to check in on us and inspire us with insight in their beautiful culture! We will be coming back 😋”
