“I Just purchased a car from this dealership Iva Smith was very helpful, profesional to help me get me pre approved before I made an hour 45 min drive to the dealership. She answered all my questions and worked with me over the phone kindly. Even helped me find a bank that would not require proof of income to finance, just checked my credit score and got the down payment money. Overall great experience trustworthy Dealership and staff. Only thing i did not like is that the car was priced online and when i got to the dealership the car went up $1,200 difference from the price online.Also over the phone I was told it came with 100K mile warranty and when i got the dealership that 100k mile warranty was $3,890 separate from the cars price so over all the car went up $5,000 from the price online. I still purchased the car because like I said the bank did not require proof of income.Other than that Great dealership to shop I highly recommend it.🤩😊”

Danielle, Bud and the team let me know gently I had made a mistake purchasing my popup and that it was not safe for my little girl. Danielle then at my request showed me a couple of units one that never even hit the website. They on a handshake never listed the camper and worked with me to help review financing options to make this a dream come true for my family and I. “The team went out of their way to relocate our boat lift from the lower Saint Joe to the Upper St Joe, in a time crunch no less. The boat lift type I was not familiar with, it is a cantilever vs vertical lift, the trailer brought was not the right one our lift. (My fault not theirs, have never owned a boat or lift before). Corey and Jeff were on it and contacted Steve at Wyland's Marina, he lent a flat bed trailer and they were able to transport it. Also need to note that they had to get in nasty mucky water in order to get it out, I couldn't do it, so an extra Thank you for being willing to do it. Their new barge is the nicest one I have seen in three years of living on the river. They were able to get our lift installed level and exactly where we wanted it. They are super familiar with the river and were able to find our house with no problem. They had stuck legs and bent pins to work with and still got it to work and level out. They hooked up the battery to the crank and made sure it worked too. Being new to boats and this our first experience with a lift placement, I have to say they set a very high bar! Not once did they complain about the issues presented! They all seem to be genuinely nice people too. (If your unfamiliar with the River in the Mishawaka/Elkhart area, there are two sections seperated by a hydro dam in Elkhart. You cannot get from one side to the other).”
