“Zero pressure experience from beginning to end. After our date, the wife was curious about a new Lexus and so we popped in to look around and surprisingly - no sharks circling. We were free to look around at our leisure and Vinny, a polite young man said “if you have any questions, let me know. I’ll be right over there”. The wife’s attention was snagged by a brand new white Lexus with the “peanut butter” interior. We asked about it and talked some numbers with Vinny but we had to skidaddle so we said “we’d think about it and be in touch.” Again, no sales pressure at all whatsoever…no awkwardness where the customer is just trying to make an escape. (Blink three times if you’re in trouble) The next day, we were at brunch and got a follow up call from the general manager. He offered his apologies if the sales consultant was too aggressive and I said “ NO WAY…Vinny was great!” I told the GM I was bringing our other car in for a possible trade and the GM said he’d like to meet us when we got there and he did. We arrived and the trade in experience was totally painless. I was expecting an insulting low-ball offer but that was not the case…again, pleasantly surprised. They gave us a very respectable, reasonable offer. Hands down, this has been the best experience I’ve had buying a new car, period. We felt valued and appreciated the entire time we were there. They’ve earned lifelong customers - give them a try for yourself and you’ll see what I’m talking about..”
