Their prices are quite reasonable and they were so friendly, punctual and dedicated to work with me. I’d reserved their party bus prior to my wedding and helped me getting rid of last minute chaos. Their driver was prompt and was arrived before the scheduled time in a clean and perfectly maintained vehicle. The party bus had chilled beverages, air conditioning facilities, LED TVs, complimentary champagne and more and also elegant strobe lighting inside. I would definitely use their NJ party bus service again!”

The only reason I did not rate this 5 stars because there is another member of staff here who is exceptionally unprofessional. He took a personal FaceTime call while we were there one time and the next time we encountered him, he was nonchalant and rude. His customer service skills are none existent and he just had a real vague approach to everything, rarely looking at us while in conversation. He looks like he doesn’t want to be there.”

“I didn't even rent from Hertz but Abdul went above and beyond to get me on my way! Got to the airport with 5 kids on a red eye flight. After learning that I prepaid 3rd party, I was going to have to wait 4hrs for Thrifty to open. Abdul got a supervisor to help with the transaction and got me a into a vehicle. I can't thank him enough for going above and beyond when he didn't have to. Next time I'll rent from Hertz for sure!”
