This year Tom was very helpful when we were looking at which vehicle on the lot to take on our vacation. When we were returning the vehicle my wife commented to Tom about a car she saw on the lot. He got the keys and took the time to show us the features on that car. We will definitely continue to rent vehicles from this location.”

“I had to get a rental car while my Jaguar was in service. Please note, this is a small Avis so they cannot drive the car to you! Uber came to the rescue and got me to Avis (super simple); overall very easy and transparent experience! Also, I had an issue with my credit card and the representative was exceedingly patient and accommodating. This Avis is very small but it’s comfortable, clean and inviting. It’s located in the back left corner of the parking lot! I felt taken care of and I’d hands-down rent from here again!”

“I can't say enough good things about the team here! I've bought a few cars in my lifetime and have always had to look out for what the sales guy and finance guy would try to pull over me. I found a car I was very interested in online. I got my pre-approval from my desired bank and I text the dealership to inquire about a test drive. I worked with Sammy (Sales) who is very sweet and sincere. He brought in Joseph (Finance Manager) and I explained to them what I was able to do and what I needed in order to get the car. They respected what I wanted, they did not try to push me into anything I did not want and they worked with me to make this experience the best car buying experience I have ever had! Frank (Finance) closed out the deal for me. All of these guys were helpful, honest and worked wonders to see me drive off the lot happy. “One of the few privately owned auto dealerships left. Most others locally are owned by Auto Nation even if unadvertised as such. I have limited experience with sales but in my experience they seemed okay providing the services needed. Service is where I have the most experience here and their service department is excellent with highly trained personnel, high ranked awards, expertise & certifications. The sales floor and other areas of the large main building are clean and handicap accessible. I don't know about other areas.”

“Cedric, at your Marriott location in Racine WI, was the most pleasant, accommodating and courteous Budget Representative I have ever dealt with. Unlike picking up a rental at the airport, Cedric took the time to inspect the vehicle with me. He explained all the features of the vehicles and even informed me that the headlights did not go off automatically - something that could have been a big problem had he not pointed that out. Cedric was alone in the office and I was not the only customer but he did not rush me or hurry the process. He is truly a dedicated caring employee and Budget is lucky to have such a conscientious employee! ”
