(November 5, 2015, 4:32 pm)Cedric, at your Marriott location in Racine WI, was the most pleasant, accommodating and courteous Budget Representative I have ever dealt with. Unlike picking up a rental at the airport, Cedric took the time to inspect the vehicle with me. He explained all the features of the vehicles and even informed me that the headlights did not go off automatically - something that could have been a big problem had he not pointed that out. Cedric was alone in the office and I was not the only customer but he did not rush me or hurry the process. He is truly a dedicated caring employee and Budget is lucky to have such a conscientious employee!
(August 31, 2015, 10:40 am)Very easy location for pick up and drop off. The staff really worked with us to help us figure out what kind of car we wanted to rent. The only negative I can give was that the car wasn't cleaned very well and looked like someone had placed tape around the back hatch window, had sticky residue all around it and several scrapes just under it on the hatch. We will rent from this location again in a heartbeat, the cleanliness issue was very easy to overlook.
