(July 18, 2022, 3:53 pm)Very friendly, helpful, and willing to problem solve with you. Got a car from a different location that stunk to high heaven, and they helped me exchange with with no fuss. They never made me feel like helping me was a chore and were fast to remedy the issue. The return process was also easy and they shuttled me home with a friendly driver. So glad this new location is open, it’s now my favorite! Everyone I interacted with was great- thanks Joseph and Matt!
(July 5, 2022, 8:53 pm)This location did a great job of taking care me. Colin was awesome and really helped me out. Long story short, I booked with the airport location about 4 months ago for a suburban. They didn't have one at the time of pick up and tried to give me a tahoe. There was 7 of us with luggage going to TN. I booked a suburban for a reason. I was very very upset they didn't have it ready for me even tho I booked months and months earlier. 3 hours later, this location came through for me with a new suburban. Airport location almost completely screwed up my family summer vacation. Upon returning and getting my final bill and receipt, the wrong vehicle was listed that I used (a tahoe) and some other charges that didn't apply. Colin again, came through for me and helped me with the bill. It was a few hundred more than it should of been. Will now only be using this location off of HWY 20. Thanks for your help!
