She runs the office efficiently. I also have to mention everyone in the office & in the shop have positive attitudes and have always treated me with the same kindness I have shown them. These days to many people are only focused on giving bad reviews and always wanting to speak to the Manager to complain but on the flip side they Never acknowledge them when they are doing their job to the best of their ability. “Our rental from Payless was great. The pickup process was fairly quick, compared to past rentals I've had (there was a wait in line but that's going to happen anywhere). The car was in good condition and comfortable. Our 3 am drop-off at the airport was as simple as could be - we just left the keys in the car in the airport rental return lot. “I rented a car a Dallas Love Airport. My family arrived late at night, and were greeted by a pleasant staff. The process was easy and efficient. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is that we caught the last shuttle and it was packed and uncomfortable. It seems like the rental car companies could have predicted the needs at the time based on the flight and the number of people who had rental car reservations.”

I typically dont remember names unless its a positive experience. David and Chanel are generally the associates who help me. They try hard to get you in and out. This location is aleays my 1st choice. I dont really care for other rental car places because they dont give me the care,concern and great customer service like Avis in whitehall. “My wife left her phone in the car and ran back in a panic once she was in the airport and it was missing. The employees at the return area and the Manager were so kind to her, calmed her down and promptly returned her phone. The car was well on the way to their depot and the driver turned around and returned it. We appreciate the kindness she received in her panic and such a quick response/communcation among the team members in getting the phone back. Also, the car was immaculate and it was an all around good rental experience. We will definitely use Thrifty if we come down to the OC again.”
