“We rented the stretch Cadillac Escalade to tour Christmas lights this weekend (Dec 11. 2021). Howard was our driver. WOW! What a great time! Howard was so much fun! We could tell he can be "the professional" if you wanted him to be, but he became part of our party and added to our fun. The limo was very clean - the drive was nice and Stacy at the office (such a pleasant and accomodating person!!) worked with us since we weren't really sure where we wanted to go or what we wanted to do! I HIGHLY recommend this service for anyone who wants fun and friendly service! The only thing - make sure you bring ice. We had the limo for 3 hours and ran out. But we still had so much fun and can't thank J&J Limos enough, including Mike, the owner, for such great service and pleasant accommodations!! This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!”

“I travel a lot, and when in the S.F. East Bay area I have rented at many locations, and now I have settled on Budget San Ramon as the best in the area for my purposes. The staff has been extremely helpful, going out of their way on various occasions to meet my car rental needs. The service I have been given at this location is outstanding. I was previously searching and comparing prices at multiple locations in this area but now I don't even routinely check the other locations -- because I have gotten the best service and help at this location, the price has almost always been the lowest of any price I have found in the area, and I have generally found the selection to be adequate to get a very nice and newer car. Having rented in many locations in the U.S., and also in various nations, the help I have received from Budget San Ramon in terms of convenience, helpfulness, and price is at or near the top of the list of my favorite places to rent. Going to this location through Crow Canyon Rd from Castro Valley where I am currently staying is beautiful, in wonderful contrast to going to some other locations. This is in a nice community, has had in my experience a kind and friendly staff, and even the owner is very friendly and helpful. Some tips from a frequent renter that may account for some of my excellent experience: -- Call ahead if you can to make sure they have the type of car you're looking for, if your needs are specific, or show up early to look over the selection. -- Treat everyone with exceptional kindness, and it will usually be returned to you. My experience with this rental agency has in this way been outstanding, 5 stars.”

“We booked through Budget online for a RAV 4 or equivalent on Friday. The services were swift and easy. Made an online payment and was here to collect our car at 4:55 pm (closes at 5pm) when I realized as a Provisional driver I cannot rent a car. Had to rent under my wife (BDL). I called the online customer care (very difficult to reach and finally after several attempts was able to reach them ) to cancel my previous booking and create a new booking. Although the store was physically open the online customer service representative was unable to create a booking (5:10pm). We were saved and our trip was enjoyable only because of Ms. ILEANA CASTELLANOS who was stationed here and is a customer service representative. She created a booking for us and made available a SUBARU OUTBACK at the last minute. She went above and beyond to help us even getting us some discount. We were probably her last customer and the reason why she stayed overtime. She was very helpful. As soon as we picked our car we saw her leaving. Some people like doing their job while some people like to help more (on a Friday evening) and Ms Ileana was definitely one of those. Dropping of our keys on Sunday was Easy (closes on Sunday). I would definitely use the rental again and may be call this place, come here and make a booking in person next time. Would definitely look for Ms Ileana the next time we rent.”

“We rented a SUV at Hillsboro Oregon and planned to drive one way to Chicago. 100 miles down the road my wife wanted to drive and gave it a try. Found the vehicle too big to manipulate. So we went to Boise airport exchanged it for a small compact car. Then it was a plain sailing all the way to Chicago. “We bought a 2016 Subaru Forester from this dealer in September. The vehicle was misrepresented on the listing originally; when we went to look at it, it has 6,000 more miles on it than originally what was posted. The vehicle was still within the price range of expected though for that vehicle. A month and a half later, the vehicle started making awful grinding noise back left wheel well after having a recent August inspection. Mechanic said it needed front brakes, back brakes and rotor. Very distraught about this; had not anticipated $400 into the vehicle after a new inspection. Called the dealer and spoke to George about these concerns and quickly resolved the situation. Very professional business service and very much appreciated. Giving 5 stars for the customer service and care.”
