“Overall A+ experience mainly due to the Summit manager Kevin. Great customer service and communication. When we rented due to auto body work being performed nearby Kevin had limited inventory but he arrange the rental payment directly with the insurance company and a few days later called us to provide an upgrade exchange. We were able to use the larger/nicer vehicle to drop off both sons at college so the upgrade was much appreciated. With each car Keven cleaned them and Covid-19 prepped them personally. Overall a great experience thanks to Kevin.”

Dana's follow up and keeping me informed of the status of my repairs was outstanding via telephone and text. I appreciate great customer service and was very impressed with Dana especially her work ethic, my car repair was running late, she was able to have the mechanic stay late and she waited till I arrived to make sure everything was completed. “It was initially by chance that I discovered C&M Luxury because the rental car companies I used to use was getting ridiculous with their fees and ridiculous large amount holds for reservation. Been about a year now since I've been using C& M and there's no other competitors out there that can beat their prices for the amazing vehicles they offer. Owners are genuinely nice down to earth cool people. They absolutely 💯 best in the business without a doubt and I would definitely highly recommend if you need to rent a car for any occasion. Great communication, Their cars are always highly maintained and kept clean. I've personally enjoyed the Mercedes, Alfa Romero and Maserati from their collection and nothing but great experience each time. Also it's a good way to support small businesses rather than the big cooperate rentals who just treat you like another customer unlike with C&M you feel like family. “I just learned that the owner of the Avis/Budget Worthington location bought this franchise because it was so troubled historically. It makes sense that Avis Corporate would turn to this owner to bail them out. He bought the Worthington location 5 years ago when that neighborhood was failing and he turned that office around. I haven't rented from this location for quite as long as I have from the Worthington office, but I can say that so far this owner has really made every attempt to get me the car I needed when I needed it. There have been no problems at all when I have rented here. I rent for months at a time and I exchange vehicles whenever it suits me. The owner even will deliver my new vehicle and take the old one away. I do know that the Avis/Budget Airport location controls which types of vehicles and the overall number of vehicles each rental office can have. I think that is where much of the ire should be directed. I have watched the Airport location send its drivers out to Hilliard and grab cars off the lot because they said the airport location was short. Literally, I have stood at the desk and watched cars reserved for Hilliard customers being driven away. Sometimes the owner warns me that cars may be in short supply; but on the day I need it, one has always been there. Maybe because I rent cars so often, I see more of how the business operates than the occasional renter does. I even use the owner of this location to book cars for me when I fly. Every time I have arrived in some city, an Avis/Budget car has been waiting just like he said it would be. The owner seems to be acutely aware of the issues he inherited and is trying to correct all of them.”

“I rented a 15 passenger sprinter van from Bandago last week for the first time ever. I was impressed with the ease in booking. Booked and paid my rental in full in advance, 3 days prior I received an email with a survey which further streamlined my pick up. On the day of, all I was asked for was my driver's license. The rep did a comprehensive walk around the van with me noting any existing damage, confirming miles and gas levels. I then received a text with a link to sign the agreement digitally. The whole thing took 10 mins and I was out of there. I was a bit skeptical reading some of the reviews but I received a brand new sprinter van with 3k miles and spotless clean. I will definitely be renting from Bandago again and I have already recommended them to other touring bands.”

“I recently rented a vehicle while mine was being repaired. They were extremely flexible with the rental dates as I didn’t know how long it would be there. I ended up needing the car for a week because mine had bad hail damage. The vehicle they provided was in good condition. I had to pay a $300 deposit, but once I returned the vehicle I got a refund on the remaining balance quickly. They worked with my insurance and were knowledgeable about the coverage so they were able to give me the exact amount I would pay daily. They drove me to and from the shop. Excellent service. “Great guys. I rented a yellow Lamborghini because I was considering buying one but wanted to test drive one for a month before spending so much money. After the first day I was disappointed with the ride of the Lamborghini not because there was anything wrong with Elites car I just didn't like the ride of the car. They graciously swapped me into a Ferrari 430 which I loved and drove for the rest of the month. I will tell you that thanks to Elite Dream Cars I didn't make a costly mistake of buying a car I would have been disappointed with.”
