The selection of vehicles to choose from was surprisingly good [I wanted a Ford Bronco Sport], and Avis came through. My rental was clean, and was overall in good condition. I did not have a reservation, but was still able to go from first contact at the counter, to picking up the vehicle from the friendly and accomodating lot drivers, and driving off in 20-25 minutes. I was most pleased with this experience with Avis.”
