She was very understanding, kind, and easy to deal with. I wish I remembered her name. It is so funny how the same company can provide such a different level of service depending on location. “Convenient. As an lifelong Avis customer, this location works for short term rentals. Anything less than a week. Otherwise it becomes more expensive than renting from the airport. This location is also more strict with the condition you bring the car back, where the airport is more relaxed. The staff is usually friendly and efficient. Avis as a whole doesn’t usually hand they keys over to a car with out dust on it. So I usually take the car straight to the car wash. Or else it drives me crazy. Besides that, a solid B on value.”

It was spacious, comfortable and one more important aspect was the excellent service we received from Avis customer service staff (Department for Specialty Support and front desk assistance at a local office in Vancouver, CA --phone call) by accommodating and be flexible to our needs in two ways: extended out rental one more day at not cost and allowed us to return the vehicle at an international location -different- from what was planned in the rental agreement; moreover, it was very close to our place of stay, 15 min. Walk. Thanks Avis -- Angel J. and the guys from the front desk in Vancouver --one from Ethiopia. Great people and great customer service.”
