Avis Car Rental

Great car. This toyota 4 Runner took us everywhere we went during the time we had it. It was spacious, comfortable and one more important aspect was the excellent service we received from Avis customer service staff (Department for Specialty Support and front desk assistance at a local office in Vancouver, CA --phone call) by accommodating and be flexible to our needs in two ways: extended out rental one more day at not cost and allowed us to return the vehicle at an international location -different- from what was planned in the rental agreement; moreover, it was very close to our place of stay, 15 min. Walk. Thanks Avis -- Angel J. and the guys from the front desk in Vancouver --one from Ethiopia. Great people and great customer service.

I picked up my vehicle very late in the evening (after 11pm) and was happy there were no lines at this time of day. The clerk who got me the rental was drone-like and without personality, I guess it must have been a long day for her as she did not happy to work there. To her credit she was efficient.
The check-in was efficient as well.

Thank you Avis! Travel sometimes has its tension. But my trip was very good. As far as ground transportation Avis is #1 they made my car rental experience very easy I was in and out in no time. The agent at the location I travelled to was professional, efficient and very nice. Thanks Avis!
