It was spacious, comfortable and one more important aspect was the excellent service we received from Avis customer service staff (Department for Specialty Support and front desk assistance at a local office in Vancouver, CA --phone call) by accommodating and be flexible to our needs in two ways: extended out rental one more day at not cost and allowed us to return the vehicle at an international location -different- from what was planned in the rental agreement; moreover, it was very close to our place of stay, 15 min.
