“honestly this was a good experience for me. from booking the car to picking up the car, to dropping off the car. they picked me up from the dealership, took me back to their office to finish the rental process. the young lady that helped me was very friendly and courteous. I gave a 4star because I was on hold on the phone for about half hour, when I was calling to be picked up from the dealership. Word of advice to other customers, book your rental online before you pick up from location. it cost a lot more if you book with a live person. it would've cost more than eighty dollars more to book with a person. Hope this helps.”

“I am absolutely impressed! Sheri made my car buying experience so smooth! I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured. I let her know my circumstances and together we came up with the perfect car. It's like she just knew how to match the car to me. I have never experienced such grace in buying anything. I was very comfortable as well. She made me feel like I had just joined a new family. “I actually reserved a car a year ago and then had to cancel. My money was not refunded but I was told I could use the funds within a year. Ausby made good on their assurance and I rented a car last month. The manager picked me up at the airport and drove me to the rental location. The car was new and was a good fit for me. Four days later I returned the car and was driven back to the airport to catch my flight. I felt I got good service and a good car.”

“CON: The line to get my rental took about an hour because the computer system kept shutting down on the employees. Highly recommend a new system for faster check in. PRO: I can say that the employees are nice and the wonderful woman I had even gave me some restaurants to try while I was in town and tried one of the places that night. If you don't want to be lied to anymore, and tired of the "just pray on it" response to questions, study with a Witness. When's the last time you seen a Jehovah's Witnesses group together to spread hate? Never. We have a God of love. Who else then, would desire to spead hate?”

They are always on time and the company always call me ahead of time to let me know when and what time their drivers will be picking me up. In addition, their drivers always call me the day of my appointment to let me know their estimated time of arrival (ETA). Also, they always pick me up on time, when I am done at my appointment place to take me back home. The phone representative was extremely helpful and made sure I was able to get the best deal. When I arrived to pick up the car it was an extremely smooth and easy process.
