They did an amazing job on the exterior including touching up small paint scratches and restoring the headlights. The interior was fantastic, and looks better than it did when we bought the car! The sales rep that tended to my purchase was Alvin and I can't see why I wouldn't be going back to him for my next vehicle. Alvin was very polite and personable and very much appeared to be on my side. He was able to lower my down payment to $1,500 on a $40,000 LOW milage Big Horn that is still under factory warranty with a good interest rate and even included the plates in my down payment....and for the record I do not have perfect credit. She helped me navigate finding the perfect car for my trip and ensured I got the coverage I needed. She was thorough with me as I had approached the counter earlier and the other woman was nice, but not helpful when I had questions. I was at the point of tears because I was stranded at the airport and could not pick up my boyfriend from the military base. I would not be able to see him for another year, so this was very stressful. Uber rides were $50 each way and unreliable. I felt valued and cared for by her.
