Check in was easy Mario was friendly, efficient, and not at all pushy when we declined the insurance and add ons. Yes, there is a $200 deposit but it is not unreasonable. The girl in the booth asked us to inspect the car before taking it which I liked because that way we ensure there was no damage to the car prior to us having it. Car was very nice and clean.”

“This is my sixth trip to Denver in last two years and we have always used other rental companies but budget offered a better deal so we thought we would try them. . We had to make a change to our reservation last minute and at first I was a little upset I was not able to get hold of someone at the site directly. Your calls get routed to a corporate answering service. They made the change quickly and accurately without hassle. It was very easy to pick up my car and I wasn’t pressured to add features and the staff at the counter Boots was friendly and efficient. Looking back it was definitely better to have the calls routed so the counter staff didn’t have to answer calls while dealing with a customer as with other rental companies.”

“I planned a last-minute trip to see family. Plans changed due to schedules changing, so the car rental was also last minute. I feel like I paid an ok price. I don’t rent cars often, but considering Covid etc, it went well. Got a nicer car than expected, although I suspect someone had smoked in it; even though it was not supposed to be. Pet peeve of mine. Can’t stand cigarette smoke around me! Overall though, check out and check in were super easy. I’d rent from National again for sure! My check-in guy in San Antonio was awesome!”

“Courtney, the branch manager at this location, is amazing! :-) My family and I needed a special vehicle (12 passenger Ford Transit) for a family reunion trip, and Courtney was able to get one transferred from another location, cleaned and waiting for us before our trip! It was such a great experience! Additionally, when we returned it, we actually had a rock hit the windshield and when we returned it, Courtney was extremely friendly and helpful in getting the glass claim processed. “Rented a BMW 330 from neighborhood Enterprise store for an 800 mile road trip to Estes Park, CO in September, 2020, for about $60 per day. Check out was smooth, most of the time was spent showing me the features of the car. Excellent drive, 65-80 mph all day long. The only feature I did not care for was the lane correction feature. I was annoyed when I was auto-steered back into my lane. Just a matter of learning to signal every time I crossed a lane line (like to prepare for a pass on a two lane road), Check in was easier than check out. A great rental experience”

“I had a great experience at this location--I was a bit disappointed that the 1800 Enterprise line guaranteed a specific vehicle for me (even sent an email --I made the reservation the same day for pick up) and when I arrived I was told they do not rent those types of vehicles to FL residents--but that is not the fault of this location, it was 1800 Enterprise giving me incorrect info. I was given a nice car but upon getting int the vehicle the tire pressure light came on, they immediately gave me another vehicle, just as nice as the one I initially wanted. Vehicle was clean and the process to check in and return was efficient. I need to rent another vehicle next week so i hope to get the same experience. Thee is an Enterprise that is closer to me and will pick me up also but this location has such a beautiful fleet of vehicles that I will return. Staff was all very friendly and I saw all safety precautions in place. Very pleased!!”
