(February 9, 2020, 7:25 am)We had a pretty complicated experience. However the employee that helped us at this location (Susan) was absolutely amazing. She was beyond nice and despite it being the absolute middle of the night she did everything in her power to make everything go smoothly especially since we were renting a car for the first time. 10/10 best customer service I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been in retail and hospitality. Susan deserves a raise.
