“Wow, perhaps the best car rental experience ever. Arrived in Albuquerque just as Covid shutdowns returned, so already concerned about business on the ground. Got my car, which wasn't exactly what we needed, but Mike, the manager got involved and gave me his card to call to check if what we were looking for came in. Very helpful and considerate, out of his way. We left the airport and within 30 minutes Mike called with the perfect car. We returned, exchanged cars, had a great vacation. Mike is the best, a real asset. I probably should have hired him :)”

“I arrived at the Albuquerque, New Mexico Airport on a Sunday evening. The shuttle driver from the airport to the Budget Rental Agency was prompt and driven by a very nice, friendly man. At the rental office I was greeted and taken care of by very efficient and helpful woman and man. The car I drove seemed okay at first. Within a day I found out I couldn't lock the car doors. If a front door locked, a back door opened Many different ways were tried but I just couldn't get all the doors to lock at the same time. After contacting the emergency road service, I was told that the key fob battery was probably low and the woman I spoke to suggested replacing the battery for the key and seeing if that took care of the problem. It didn't, but I had already been told that the only way to get a replacement car was to return to the airport. I didn't want to drive from Santa Fe to Albuquerque (we were moving our daughter from Florida to Santa Fe.) We were concerned that the car could be at risk, but really crushed for time to get everything done. I did not leave anything of value in the car,which was a problem at times.”

I walked through the rental center directly to the car area, mentioned to the attendant I had reserved a large four-wheel drive vehicle and there was one right in front of us, an upgrade he gave me. Great car, in great shape. The pick-up and drop-off process cannot be beat. This is a mirror experience to the one I had in September in Calgary. Great car, competitive rate, fantastic people. I don't know where you find your staff but I'd like to steal them! Thanks again for a great experience!”
