(August 26, 2023, 11:21 pm)The car I rented was great, and I had the best customer service ever. The agent who worked with me at Albuquerque airport rental, her name was Addie, was out of this world. (Please promote her!) She was friendly, funny, thoughtful, and so patient - she went overboard to find me the best car I could have considering the altitude and hilly conditions of New Mexico. She gave me suggestions of places to go as well. A great experience.

(March 5, 2023, 11:29 pm)Easy pickup, nice upgrade (heated steering wheel and AWD) and easy driving. Vehicle was a little dusty/dirty on pick up but full tank of gas and good gas mileage. Would definitely rent from Payless again. Great value for price (week long rental)!
