“Today I went in looking for a new key fob battery. Something that was so simple, has turned me to be a loyal customer from here on out! As I walked up to the front counter, I was greeted by an associate named Miles. He immediately looked for the product in the aisle for me and brought it to the front desk and changed my key fob‘s battery there at the front counter after purchasing it! I had then sat in the parking lot for about 40 minutes because my car wouldn’t start. The whole time I was on the phone with a service team from the dealership I had bought in the car from days prior. I then walked back in and asked this associate if they could look for the small key fob battery we had tossed away earlier. With no hesitation at all, he found it in the trash and asked me if there is anything I needed help with. I then explained to them that my car wouldn’t start after changing the key battery and I was slightly frustrated, but I knew it couldn’t be his fault. He took my information in case I was to leave my car to be towed that evening, and then simply offered if he could come help me look at my car and see if he could help me troubleshoot it. As I was very hesitant, but he then came out and I showed him how I was starting the car and he immediately knew that my battery was dead. Miles promptly went inside, came back out, and jumped my car for me. Then was very happy to help me pick out new battery! I was so grateful to be at the perfect place at the perfect time. I couldn’t Thank Miles enough! He provided extraordinary understanding and care when handling this situation. His supervisor should be very proud to have him on their team. I will definitely be coming back just based on the customer service I received by Miles. Thank you again!”

“5 stars so far, I will update if anything comes up. I hit a dear about 4 weeks ago with my 2025 Subaru Outback. I used google reviews to narrow down to two collision centers I wanted my car towed to, and Luther Collision and Glass in Plymouth was a preferred shop through my insurance, so I chose this shop. From day 1 the communication was outstanding, the process moved fairly quickly. I started on a Thursday morning, and by Friday morning my car was picked up, brought to their lot, and I completed a walk around and signed papers to start the inspection process. I had Rachel S. as my main contact, her communication was as frequent as I requested, always quick to respond, always kind and professional. Everyone else I encountered during this process was always friendly, professional and kind as well. Luther Collision and Glass, especially Rachel S. took wonderful care of me during a really stressful time. Getting my car back to me looking brand new in under 4 weeks is pretty good in my opinion! They also detailed the inside of the car for me, a huge bonus!”

They did a fabulous job and we were very pleased with the work and quality. I recently brought it back to have mud flaps installed to keep road grit and slush off the running boards. “After driving in from Houston for the weekend, we woke up to a flat tire. Roadside assistance came out to put the spare on and told us there was a nail in the tire. We didn’t want to drive all the way back to Houston with the spare on, so we called shops in the area. Thank Heavens this shop was even open on a holiday (Labor Day). We came in to have the nail removed, the tire repaired and mounted. After it was all said and done the person who helped us rang me up for $10. I really expected the amount to about $50 or $60. I was so grateful for the amazing service I asked him if I could leave a tip. He refused the tip and wished my family and I a safe trip back to Houston. I see why all of the reviews are so good. Thank you again for the wonderful service. It was truly appreciated.”
