“First off, everyone in this office from the receptionist, to the assistant and doctor are some of the nicest genuine people. They all made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. They happily listened to me when speaking about my previous dental experiences. I voiced my dislikes from the previous practice and they truly took notice to my comments. I recently decided to switch dentists and so happy I found this place. They walked me through a “game plan” with my teeth and my mouths current condition. This did not feel transactional whatsoever which was a complaint from my previous dental office. “I became a patient of Merry Dental when my old office changed hands. I was given a recommendation from a former hygienist to try this group. I have no regrets. I have always been greeted warmly. They keep me looped in via both e-mail and text. I had Kelly today and again, these ladies are professional yet friendly. “I just had my appointment to have my braces put on at 11:00 AM on 01/09/24. I'll update this review periodically as the progress happens. For now, I'm really excited to fix my huge overbite, gummy smile, and jaw pain! So, while I can't yet review how the braces have worked, as it is still day one, I can absolutely talk about how WONDERFUL the staff is! Both the doctor, Dr. Jim Fraser, and the assistant (I'm so sorry, I don't remember her name, but I will edit this when I update it as she super deserves to be metioned too) were amazing! Super nice to work with, and willing to explain everything throughly so I would understand before and while working on me. The appointment was quick, both in the actual procedure which not only involved putting on the brackets, but also taking off some old Invisalign attachments I still had on from a different place years ago, as well as the waiting time, as I started my appointment right at 11:00, as scheduled. In addition to starting right on time and not having to wait a long time, the appointments also feel very personal, like they're there to specifically help you in that time, which, I know they are, but some places have a very "we have to get you out so we can get the next person in" kind of feeling to them, which Apex thankfully didn't do at all. They made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident in their work and abilities my entire appointment, as well as during the free consultation. So far, I definitely recommend this place, and will keep my review update as my treatment progresses.”

“The staff and Dr. Young were very nice. Calm and soothing office environment. The root canal consult was done in the morning and options thoroughly explained. Because I was going out of town they found an opening in the afternoon to do the root canal procedure. From start to finish about one hour. Dr. and assistant were as gentle as they possibly could be and asked several times was I okay. This was my second time here and both times were a positive experience. Also, the staff was able to determine insurance share and my share of the cost within a couple hours.”
