The funeral home is operated with such a small town personal and warm feel and nothing like the awful experience we had with a large, corporate owned and operated funeral home and cemetery where my mother was buried. Brandon and the entire staff were such a blessing to our family at a time of great loss when my mother passed away. Brandon was called by the inpatient hospice center at 2:30am the night my mother passed. We had not done any sort of prefuneral planning but knew we wanted to use Mountain Valley. To be so pleasant, comforting, and reassuring when Brandon called me after being woken up in the middle of the night says huge amounts about one's character and the companies ethics. Every need we had was met, every question we had was answered, every fear and worry we had was soothed and addressed.
