“I purchased a resale home that was still under the one-year builder warranty. The cabinets were one of the items that was included in the the one-year builder inspection. Upon the inspection by the Better Kitchen & Bath representative, I pointed out a few issues that I had noticed with the cabinets. From the representative who did the inspection, to the warranty department manager, David, to the owner, Roger, (who contacted me directly when I emailed about the process to repair the issues and came out to the house personally to look at the cabinets and spent over an hour discussing the issues and how BK&B would be rectifying the problems) to all of the technicians who did the repairs/replacements, I have nothing but the best things to say about their attention to detail, their commitment to making all of the repairs and making sure that I trusted those repairs. In addition, all of the people that I worked with at BK&B were professional, courteous and helpful from start to finish. In my opinion, the he true worth of a company can be seen in how they fix any issues and their customer service during the process. “The store is fairly large, and it's packed floor to ceiling with merchandise. There is a wide variety of products, and lots of little gems here and there, but nothing anyone would call magnificent. Basically, it's exactly what you would expect. I was appreciative that there was a restroom, although it smelled slightly like the dairy farm that this shopping center was built on. Apparently the lines at checkout can be long, but it was fine for me. The parking lot is an absolute disaster, although there is accessible parking nearby.”

She was very detailed, she repeated sales policies and made sure there was a full understanding of what was being offered and what the customer, such as me, should expect. Tricia flowed with the process of allowing us to peruse the chairs available without being intrusive. I had to bring my husband in to seal the deal. I wanted his opinion and input and Tricia was patient with this process as well. For there was some back and forth once my husband came in. The chairs are custom made and the process for picking fabric and colors could have been overwhelming.
