“Great coffee and burgers. There is a lunch special daily throughout the week. There also a full service deli with a variety or meat, cheeses, and salads. They have a little area to sit and enjoy a quick lunch or read the paper and talk to the locals. “The owner/manager, Fernando, has exceptional customer relations skills. I shared with him a concern that I had about an employee whom I believed that been dishonest. First, he apologized. (Good start.) Second, he politely asked for details and then diplomatically shared information that changed my perspective on what had occurred. Third, even though I may have been wrong, he remedied the "error," and then provided coupons for a free deli meal, coffee, and ice cream. He was incredibly nice. Well done, sir!”
