“I’m a new member and absolutely love this gym. The staff are always so friendly and everything is always very clean. I started the Jolt dance class that is so much fun and a great workout. Jaymee is so kind, helpful, and makes everyone feel welcome to her classes. She creates such a friendly and fun environment to workout in. The classes is definitely something I needed to stay active in the gym vs going to do the same routine every time. The cardio room is a really cool setup. Definitely recommend this gym.”

He may emphasize a lot on weight and being active and eating right, but after following his regimens I feel great. He helped me and my husband lose more than 30lbs each. We went from having horrible lab results to outstanding results. He also educates you in everything good or bad so the choices made are not taken lightly. His staff is also great and very helpful! We never have to wait to see Dr. Reyes (longest wait I think was like 5mins) and we haven’t had any issues with billing or paperwork.”
