“I went in on Saturday morning for some blood work with apprehension. Lately, places I have been to I have been greeted with , not so nice, I don’t care, attitudes. Not here. The receptionist was so very reassuring and nice. The registration woman was so very nice and also apologetic for keeping me waiting, which I don’t understand why. It was less than 5 minutes. And then the technician woman who took my blood was so friendly and pleasant. Usually technicians have a hard time finding a vein and I’m there for a while. But not this wonderful technician. She found one right away. So nice and so professionally good in her job. Overall I left feeling at ease with no anxiety. Everyone I encountered made me feel relaxed and welcome.”

“I had some issue with a disc in my back. i has no idea what was going on. i would hurt every time i try to walk. and when i move in certain areas. i came here and the chiropractor diagnosed it immediate(some disc popped out and was causing inflammation). he use some warming pads and some machine. in a matter of 1 hr i went from walking in severe pain to being back out on the running track at branch brook. Highly recommend coming here if your having any issues with your spine and back.”

“We have been very fortunate since KNC caregivers started caring for our mom in July 2023. Kim (caregiver/employer), Naya (caregiver), and Erica (caregiver) have been extremely respectful, empathetic caregivers, and trustworthy professionals while making sure Mom is always safe. I have been especially thankful for their loyalty to her whenever she has needed extra help with others by explaining that she just needs more patience due to her needs. Mom is a delightful, loving women who also cherishes these ladies that help her.
