KNC Caregivers

We have been very fortunate since KNC caregivers started caring for our mom in July 2023. Kim (caregiver/employer), Naya (caregiver), and Erica (caregiver) have been extremely respectful, empathetic caregivers, and trustworthy professionals while making sure Mom is always safe. I have been especially thankful for their loyalty to her whenever she has needed extra help with others by explaining that she just needs more patience due to her needs. Mom is a delightful, loving women who also cherishes these ladies that help her.
Kim has taught her caregivers many skills to strengthen their patience, gain a willingness to understand Mom’s words and actions, and respond to her with dignity. She has encouraged them to empathize with Mom, when needed. As a result, they have sometimes identified and shared her special needs before my brothers, and I have. The caregivers offer kind, supportive assistance without patronizing or giving judgmental responses. More importantly, Kim, Naya, and Erica take the time to let Mom make simple choices as she navigates through her day. I hoped that Mom would continue to maintain her loving, friendly spirit when we brought KNC Care into her life, and Mom still has that joyful spark in her disposition! Their attitude has made a big difference.
The KNC caregivers are truly a blessing in Mom's life and ours. I think of these three exceptional ladies as part of our family. It is an honor to have them caring for our precious mom. They see the magic in Mom and remind her of it daily which makes this wonderful ninety-three old have self-worth. That’s a perfect situation, wouldn’t you say?

KNC Caregivers have taken great care of Mom. They have been caring, loving, creative, and professional. Also, they have kept lines of communication open with our family.

I have worked for KNC for about 8 months and it has truly been a blessing. The members aren’t just my Supervisor and Coworkers but family. KNC has been known for being reliable, goal oriented, and well known throughout the facility for showing respect, patience, and love to all clients.

Kim, Erica, and Naia care for my Mom. Under Kim’s direction, they have met all of the desires that an elderly person and her family are looking for: 1), perceptive identification of new challenges and needs, 2) kind, patient, and gentle care, 3) preserving autonomy while providing assistance when needed, and 4) excellent communication with my Mom and my family. We have been very satisfied with KNC caregivers!

My family had an outstanding experience, which was incredibly important during a difficult time. Kim is a compassionate and professional caregiver. Her attentive and respectful manner was greatly appreciated. Her reliability was such an important and appreciated part of the experience. Having used another service before, which was plagued by poor service, we were in a unique position to fully appreciate the quality of care provided by KNC.
