“I have only seen the dentist at Delhi Health Center. I always arrive early and usually wait past my appointment time, which is OK, that is expected. I always get good dental services from the dentist and assistants. Although you can't always expect to see the same dentist. There is quite a bit of change of employees at the center, with the receptionist, assistants and dentist. I haven't used the doctor services at all.”

“Nurse Rita, anesthesiologist Chris and surgeon Felix Blanco took excellent care of our 10 year old son Crosby. He had terrible abdominal pain. They took him in and monitored him overnight to ensure that he Indeed needed his appendix out. With the blizzard Dr. Was delayed but his team communicated this and got him on the phone with me. The bedside manor there is paramount. Offering snacks and drinks. Checking in to make sure we were consistently comfortable. Even Crosby mentioned it independently and thanked them earnestly. My family and I cannot thank this team enough for the excellent and swift care. The best part is we never wondered “why are we waiting so long?” A first for us at any facility. Do not hesitate to seek care here. You will be well cared for.”

“I'll start with the pros: I love my doctor. I have been going to her for 12 years now. She always makes me feel very comfortable and as if she's taking my symptoms seriously. I also love my nurse practitioner. She always lets me know I can call her line if I have any questions that need immediate attention. Now the cons: front desk personnel could be friendlier. There are several that are very nice and several that are not very kind. However, I have empathy for them having to deal with sick/panicking patients all day. I've been there and I understand. They could all stand for some retraining.”
