“Megan (PT) and Dr. Santiago are AMAZING! Both are so kind and patient. Always have time for you to listen and answer your questions. Dr. Santiago is sweet and empathetic. Megan is a strong motivator that goes over and beyond. My mom's first nurse we had for a few days, Khadra, sweet, patient and kind. Couple of the case mgrs made the transition of checking out and getting everything setup at home an easy experience and so far using their home health care has been a great experience also. Food was okay. Very clean facility. Front desk people are thorough and nice. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because several times it took awhile for someone to come in to answer her call light and also there was a nurse that got very upset that I was upset and asking questions and that can not be.... They are the caretakers and should be the glue that holds everything together. Not just there to hand out pills. They of all people should know everyone is tired, overwhelmed, scared and trying to understand and keep up with what's going on with their friend/family member during this most difficult time. Thank you to those who helped my mom and helped her become independent due a stroke 😇”

“I came in for a procedure and was taken back and prepped in a timely manner. Dr Holcomb came in before and talked to me about what was going to happen. After the procedure he came in to explain how things went and asked if I had questions. He was kind and confident. The nurses were extremely kind and attentive. The anesthesiologist was knowledgeable and let me know what to expect. The entire staff was quite professional and I experienced a very positive visit at Russell Medical.”

“Went in for arthroscopic knee surgery and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The nurses and staff were incredibly helpful, kind and professional. Check-in and intake was fast and efficient both for the pre-op appt as well as the surgery itself. My wife was well taken care of waiting for me with regular updates a comfortable waiting room with plenty of snacks, drinks and a cafeteria. The patient advocate checked in with her regularly and kept her up to date. This was my first surgical experience but not the first time at a hospital and I can honestly say, I don't know what more I could have asked for. Thank you for the wonderful care.”

I did one session of PRP and have 2 of a series of 3 injections in my knees and knees have been pain free since my first visit. “I think you every individual who comes here comes with their own mindset and that makes the beginning of their experience. I cannot speak for the inpatient treatment. I can only speak for my personal experience with my evaluation and wait time. I made an appointment and it took me about 40 minutes to fill out my paperwork. Then after I finished it took about 20 minutes to be seen to be evaluated. I spoke to a very sweet therapist and she was very empathetic and kind. She only left me for about 10-15 min AT MOST. I don’t even believe it was more than 11 min to be honest but there was no clock. It was very quick for me. I see many reviews of long wait times but I had made an appointment so maybe that’s the difference. I was then recommended for partial outpatient program at the triangle springs changes location where I had a very safe space to be. I learned more than I thought I would. It’s all about whether you want change or not. It’s all up to you. If you go into it with doubt hating every second then that’s what it’ll be. You need to come wanting change and better for yourself. It’s up to you.”

“I was put in here back in 2013. I was coming off drugs and some serious life changes and had a complete mental breakdown. These people were a blessing and I can say I haven’t been in any sort of trouble to get me sent back and I’ve been sober ever since! This place is seriously a blessing for me. The food was better than jail, they let you watch movies and stay up pretty late. They gave me cigarettes until someone brought me some(quit those too!) they always had clean clothes and fresh bedding something I was not used to. The staff was extremely polite patient and understanding, even though I was out of it for awhile. The doctors initially did a check on me and decided I had to stay until I could pass a check. Thank god! It was probably only around 7-10 day experience but I wouldn’t change it for anything.”

“Love this place I just graduated from there today. When I started I came with a c5 spinal cord injury with no hopes or information to go off of. Let's just say I am now standing and doing car transfers all on my own. This place is very clean an the staff are super nice Jessica and Paula are by far my favorite nurse's of all times. We can't forget the director Dani-Bree when I say she embrace me with such love and care I almost cried today I had to fight the tears back. This place was great for me and I was out patient, inpatient was even better. We did out in the community outing and cooking classes it was amazing. They have counselor, in-house chef, and a specialist in sound treatment which was a first but was amazing. I have so much stuff I want to say but we would be here all day what are you waiting for go check this place out ASAP.”

The doctors and staff go above and beyond for their patients. I went in to see Dr. Dana Yan, and she took care of me and addressed the symptoms I was experiencing. Dr. Yan is thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and listens patiently. Every time I go there, I feel like I am in good hands and my medical concerns are being addressed. “Love Dr. Mohan- she is very nice and thorough- I would have put 5 stars but I was billed for a visit that never happened- explanation I got was because of Covid they can bill- I never spoke to a doctor or np-only receptionist- I told them it was insurance fraud and they booted me as a patient. Never said I was dissatisfied with my care as their letter stated. Not upset- found new primary and filing complaint with medical board!”
