The carpet looks new and it is well over 20 years old. I never thought it would get so clean. And, Dan threw in the grout cleaning in the entry. Who would have know the grout was actually white and not brown. Dan was incredibly professional in appearance & demeanor. His equipment is all new. He is careful and detailed. “Alvaro has saved us from my our destructive 13 year old dog, once again! Last November, pup got the turkey I was defrosting out of a LOCKED cooler and we came home to turkey gizards and juice all over our family room. Al came out within an hour to take care of it for us! This time, the old dog got sick and had several bouts of diarrhea all over ALL the carpets. We cleaned as best we could, buy lets face it....at that point is it really even clean? Enter Alvaro! He told us what to do to eliminate as many odors as possible, came out quickly and cleaned all our carpets. They even mopped our wood floors! On The Spot was in and out very quickly and left me with clean floors that I feel good about my kids walking on. They even left the industrial fan over night for us to help dry the floors faster! Not to mention, the service I used before I found Alvaro charged 3x as much and the stains came back after a few weeks. With On the Spot, they are gone for good. Quite a few vending machines offering a variety of snacks, drinks and a variety of laundry products in case you forgot your laundry detergent or bleach. Very clean with plenty parking”

From the moment I walked into the door, I heard a couple of people in the back sort of fighting to be the one to take care of me - I usually have to scream or ring some bell for someone to take care of me at the other places I've tried. Dropping my clothes was as easy as that. Our pleasant chit chat while they collected my information probably took up most of my time. When it came time for pick-up, it was actually done a day earlier than they promised - even left me an email notice to come on by. Price is great. Felt good that I was actually helping the environment. They found a couple of loose buttons on my suit and actually re-enforced them - no charge. Clothes looked spiffy and smelled fresh - no chemical aromas. 007 would have been proud. Most important - I'm coming back.”
