I go there every other week and it's usually already fixed. Best times to come as soon as they open, after 9-10 am is getting crowded, very busy and popular. Machines are very clean! Love it”

The amount of material he removed from this old house was record setting apparently. Took almost four hours, very thorough. He also cleaned our dryer vent. If you have never had your ducts cleaned, RUN to this company to help and don't think twice. Price was excellent, service was excellent, company is excellent. Support local!! I reached out to Brandon, the owner of Blue Diamond, he was able to accommodate my last minute appointment request and he did it without hesitation. Brandon was on time and friendly, and he not only took Covid precautions but he wore shoe coverings while cleaning the carpet. I had my carpet cleaned back in January by a different company and not only did they not have the shoe coverings, they went straight into the cleaning. Brandon explained he was going to vacuum first, then clean, he said that if you go straight to steam cleaning the carpet that any dust or dirt that's there just gets swirled around deeper into the carpet. While he was more thorough, the process only took about an hour to clean my studio. I'd recommend Blue Diamond to anyone needing their carpet cleaned. They're friendly, efficient, and do great work! I'll be a repeat customer when the time comes for it.”
