“This place is amazing. My washer broke suddenly and here I was at a laundromat for the first time in years. My first impression was that it was clean and not too busy, SCORE! As I was unloading the manager Matt greeted me and actually helped me unload my huge garbage bags of clothes! Another staff member, Rosie, helped me add money onto a laundry card at the machine because I was pretty clueless. I love that you don’t need cash or coins here but you can use them if you need to because all money is loaded onto a plastic card and then inserted into the machines. Everyone here is so friendly including the customers. Lastly, I literally forgot a whole load of laundry in a washer, came back today to get it and Rosie had actually laid it out on a rack for me so that it would air dry and not get all smelly!! The icing on the cake is that I came in today to do more washing and find out that dryers are free on Tuesdays! Come here if you need to wash. You won’t regret it.”

“I would like to start by saying, "you never get a second chance to make a first impression" I say that as my very first phone call to Wilton Construction was answered by Hailey, I proceed to tell her we had storm damage needed siding repair and replacement as well as the roof and porch. Hailey said she would have someone get back to me. As the day went on Hailey called back to set up an appointment with a gentleman named Marcus. I appreciated her swift response and the fact that I got a quick appointment for estimates. Hailey called the day before to remind me and if I was not unavailable she left a detailed message, and that my friends is the first impression Spot on. Marcus came out with his roofer to do an estimate. They were both friendly, informative and brought to our attention things we did not see as far as damages. Marcus responded to my insurance company right away, never a delay. My insurance company was also impressed by the quick responses and paper work needed. Never a delay. Another first impression. We then dealt with Kelly she sent us our contract to sign, Kelly was professional , explained and addressed any concerns we had to make the process swift. She called me right away when I sent an email with questions. Great personality. Another first impression. We had few concerns getting the roof tiles to match and the siding to match since home is 15 yrs old, BUT Marcus worked it all out and the work was done in timely manner. All Wilton workers who came out to complete the job were friendly, professional and cleaned up as if no one was ever there. Another first impression. Once work was complete we were so satisfied , we hired Wilton Construction to redo our porch steps, beams, partial floor on the front porch. This was not covered by insurance it was normal wear and tear. Wilton gave us a fair price and we had them do the work. Our porch looks great and everyone who comes by notices right away that the porch and house were done and we get great compliments. Brian and his partner did a great job and again , all was cleaned up like no one was there. The porch guys were so friendly. Another first impression. I know this all sounds good and some will say "yeah right " or think its an exaggeration but I will say this. I have been in the Mortgage field for 33 years. I worked for a Broker firm for 11 years that had a builder so I am familiar with problems people have when having work done or being able to contact someone when needed. Not all builders are the same, so I get it if you think this is unbelievable. I assure you , you can do a ride by anytime and see the work for yourself. The curb appeal is great and the repairs are visibly done and the house looks great. I would recommend Wilton Construction to anyone looking for a quick , professional repair to their property. As a matter of fact , we are having Wilton come back in the spring to repair the back deck boards, and as always Marcus responded immediately and I already have my estimate for same. My last contact was Taryn, to discuss how we liked our end result and she was absolutely friendly and a great final first impression. Wilton Construction stands by their work and really care about your home.”

“I’m not someone who knows a good laundromat when I see one, but I can give an honest review. There were plenty of sufficient washers and dryers lining the walls of the establishment, and they did a fine job washing my clothes. Nothing special, but nothing wrong. Solid choice and everything you would need in a laundromat. Also, there is a tv in there showing a live feed of the security cameras, so you know you’re safe in there. I also noticed some teens having fun with the cameras!”

“It’s an ok place.. there’s only I believe 4 of the big washers that work. There’s only 2 big dryers. There’s hardly any seating. But it’s ok. It’s a lot of money. For the bigger ones it’s $7.75 for the other big ones it’s $6 and small ones are like $3.50. Dryer costs about $6-$8 depending on how much you put I’m not sure what the small ones cost. I only wash.”

“Came to Sunbelt Wash because it was convenient to one of the Planet Fitness centers I frequent. I am writing this review on my second visit 1 week later. This is a old place, fairly clean with a different way of paying. So no coin operated machines, you have to buy time on a card. A card which the attendant holds, you figure out how many minutes you need to dry and pay accordingly. I was able to get in and out in less than 2 hours because it is not busy during the weekdays. Although this is a hispanic owned business they have plenty of signage and operational information in both spanish and english. I think it is a hidden gem in a world where everyone wants the next new thing.”

“Coin machine had coins. Clean place. A couple got there to wash a little after I had. I put my clothes in a dryer and the man asked me if I knew anything about getting help with a machine. There WAS a number posted to call if any problem needed to be addressed. I didn't see that. I went outside to see what the place was called and Googled it. I called the number and the person on the phone told me he was able to see me in front of the machine I was calling about through their camera system. He sent someone to remedy the situation in less than 10 minutes. The gentleman fixed the problem and went away. He came back with COLD water bottles for everyone he saw in the laundromat. He won the day. I'm only washing there from now on.”
