“Why do you hire a lawyer? To get a favorable outcome on your day in court. This is what Brian and his team at Dunnigan Law delivered for me. When I took my case to them, Brian listened to the story of what happened (reckless driving charge and fail to stop at a stop sign charge) and then gave sound advice before even discussing his fee. Having spoken to other attorneys who went right to a sales pitch about "why them" and their fee structure, this personal touch caused me to hire Brian on the spot (his fee is reasonable too, by the way). He and his team then advised what steps I should take before my court date to give us the best chance of a win on the day. While there was a moment I wish Brian himself had communicated a bit better with me about the process on the day, it turned out to be fairly straight forward so I have decided not to bump this review down to 4 stars based on that one blemish... After all, why do you hire a lawyer? To get a the best outcome in court, and this is what Brian delivered. My reckless charge was reduced to a mere speeding fine, and the fail to stop charge dismissed. All in all, I recommend Brian and his team to anyone who needs a lawyer. “Honestly, giving Jonathan LaFrance 5 stars as a rating is an understatement. In my opinion, anyone who leaves a negative review about him is completely unreasonable.
