“Be sure to call the day before to verify hours and which docs you will need. I needed out-of-state title transfer, Mike was very fast and helpful on the phone informing me of these things and his hours next day (which were 1-4pm that day). So I smogged the night before then went to him, in 15 min I walked out with 2 plates, stickers, registration, and will get new title in the mail in 3 wks. Well worth the fees paid and the 15 minutes it took so i didn't have to take time off work and waste it at the DMV. Yes, his manner is no-nonsense, which I prefer.”

“Waste management is a difficult job. The city of Gallatin has a good team and I have received regular pickup for 7 years. They do have rules and some drivers are absolute about those rules. I assume that's why there a couple of low scores. Personally, I've watched my neighbors violate these simple instructions and have their bins picked up or left, but a letter was always left explaining the problem. If you have large items, you have call for pickup. My 4 stars are for this rule... I've met the truck grabbing furniture from a few house down and asked if he would take my old grill that I was rolling out. He refused because I didn't call. Rules.”

“- did not receive an email confirmation of appointment - disabled parking is quite a distance from the entrance - there is no restroom for customers, they must go outside and walk a good way outside to the mall entrance, an onerous distance in bad weather if using the accessible ramp. The mall restroom was small and not in good order. - the check-in person was not very courteous and didn't explain how persons with an appointment are prioritized vs walk-ins (and I saw no signs they were, despite what's stated on the website) - wait with an appointment was approximately 40 minutes + the waiting area is pleasant and feels calm, with adequate seating and clear electronic signage and notification chimes + the person who processed my transaction was friendly, professional, competent, and explained the remainder of the process well”
