DMV

- did not receive an email confirmation of appointment
- disabled parking is quite a distance from the entrance
- there is no restroom for customers, they must go outside and walk a good way outside to the mall entrance, an onerous distance in bad weather if using the accessible ramp. The mall restroom was small and not in good order.
- the check-in person was not very courteous and didn't explain how persons with an appointment are prioritized vs walk-ins (and I saw no signs they were, despite what's stated on the website)
- wait with an appointment was approximately 40 minutes
+ the waiting area is pleasant and feels calm, with adequate seating and clear electronic signage and notification chimes
+ the person who processed my transaction was friendly, professional, competent, and explained the remainder of the process well

I drive out of my way because of the great service at the Clifton Park office. Always helpful and accommodating. Last week both Shelly and a new person in training, sorry didn’t get your name, were very patient helping me with a new registration and title application.

Went 4pm Friday and was done by 430. Took care of my DMV needs. Nice waiting area and clear screen to tell you when you are next and where to go. Appointments are also available if you are in a hurry. Made an appointment for my wife late Friday afternoon for mid morning the next Monday, so they are not booked out very far.

I have genuinely, truly, never had a more fantastic DMV experience. I mean, seriously amazing! I completed my registration for a newly purchased vehicle within 10 minutes, despite it being 4 pm on a Wednesday. The attendant who assisted me not only helped me complete the paperwork fast to ensure I didn't lose my place in line but also facilitated my driver's license address change without me even having to ask. If you find yourself needing to visit the DMV, I highly recommend this location! or don't, and keep the lines short for us lucky ones!

Also, it's just a nice looking office!
