“I hate to review this place too highly.... because I want there to be rooms for me. I guess my honest nature will get the better of me though. This is a GREAT budget place to stay! Quiet rooms, close to the lake, and very caring Inn Keepers. Check in and out is super easy. The rooms are clean. There isn't a lot of rooms so it stays pretty quiet. This will be my first choice every time i come up to Belgium Wi. If they are booked up.... I'll have to drive much further to find a place that is half as good.”

“I hosted a graduation party here and was very impressed with what this lodge has to offer. The deck facing Turnagain was gorgeous and spacious. The inside was spotless and comfortable. Kitchen had everything. Arlene and Roger were kind, accommodating and hospitable hosts. The location is just up the road from the highway yet very private. I can see how this space would be a great spot for a wedding. The opportunity for photos with water and mountains in the background was spectacular! If you love a classy yet rustic cabin with views THIS is a place you need to see! Well worth it, highly recommend!”

They literally thought of everything you could need for a quiet get away, from your pet being able to run around, relaxing by the water, hanging around in the hammock enjoying nature, still with modern most amenities but who cares about all of that when you have the beauty and tranquility of nature to enjoy. We loved all the little details, from listing what types of trees, tiki torches, bird houses, all the cute decor! We highly recommend it, you’re missing out if you don’t book now!”

“The most perfect bed and breakfast in the heart of wine country!! This place was fantastic. Cozy and elegant. The food was top notch! There was a perfect coffee nook (morning coffee and convo) and the best parlor for hanging out (college football) The bedrooms were gorgeous and comfy. Our host, Georgia was the sweetest. We stayed for the Harvest Wine Trail. The location was wonderful for accessing many of our favorite wineries and restaurants. Highly recommend if you happen to be heading the Chautauqua way or are looking for a weekend getaway! ❤️”

“Another mama friend and I rented the deluxe cabin while we volunteered for a weekend event hosted at KOA / Boulevard. I have to hand it to the KOA crew-- The team was super helpful throughout the weekend. My friend and I have kiddos under 5 who came along, and the cabin rental was key to a smooth and successful experience in the August heat (90s and sunny). The KOA staff really went above and beyond to help us get what we needed all weekend, and their efforts boosted both the event and our experience...So A+ customer service. The facility itself was lovely, clean, and well-stocked. Lots of fun for the kiddos with the pool, archery, hiking paths, koi pond. I'm looking forward to returning to simply relax and reconnect with nature.”

The little farm shop is quaint and full of natural, homemade, local products. Their meat and eggs are delicious and it matters to me knowing where the food comes from and how it's raised. The land is beautiful and full of wonderful surprises. “Had a wonderful experience renting the cottage at scarlet oaks estate for my baby shower. Beautiful little house with an all weather porch extension that has beautiful country views of their rolling estate. It was perfect for my moons and stars tea party. Everyone was complimenting the space. Would highly recommend for a baby or bridal shower or just a get together. Fully functional kitchen with use of their supplies if needed. The owner pat was in contact and available during the event but did not hover over us. Bedroom was open and we were able to bring a pack and play to lay down a little one for a nap. I could not have asked for a better location. Easy to work with definitely worth the price. Pretty for pictures. Also has a lovely outside deck but we did not use as it was forecasted to rain but didn't.”

“While traveling alone from Minnesota, I had to spend several weeks in the Dallas area. I was very happy to find this RV park, even though it's not fancy and there's not much for kids to do. All I needed was a safe place to stay that was quiet, conveniently located, and provided water, sewer, electricity, a laundry room, and trash disposal. This place was perfect for me. The owners were friendly, cooperative, and helpful and the price was also very reasonable. The laundry facility had very nice men's and women's restrooms that each included a shower. Quite a few tradesmen were there and they agreed with my assessment. I will definitely be back.”
