“Great two men crew owner operator business! Friendly, courteous, and professional. Fast response with prompt service. Got my water heater replacement completed in 1 day. I called late in the afternoon with the photos of my broken water heater and they came out and replaced it with a brand new water heater. They were straightforward and honest. Prior two days I spent trying to get the water heater replaced with bigger operations like Hiller and Lee Company. They quoted $1000 more than A+ for tanked water heater but more annoyingly the project managers from both companies tried to upsell a tankless water heater solution for around $6500 range. The project managers must get a lot of bonuses for this upsell. They were rather pushy. Go with honest, straight up operations like A+. Highly recommend it.”

It seems like you go to steal, I'm used to it here in the United States that no one takes care of you and you buy freely and if they take care of you maybe you don't realize it but it's very uncomfortable there.”

“The guys worked efficiently and were polite. Our house looks beautiful, and we have gotten many compliments from neighbors who stop to tell us how much they like our paint job. Despite a slight issue with the paint color (be sure to confirm it's the correct color before they spend a day painting and you have to purchase more paint in the correct color), we're very happy with how it turned out. (Full disclosure: I painted the door myself.) All minor issues or questions were addressed and we have no real complaints. We're happy to have the best looking house in the neighborhood.”

“I initially contacted JACO for exterior painting but put that dream on hold due to other circumstances. But we had an accidental misstep in the attic and we knew we had to get it fixed right away. After calling around, I asked Afid at JACO if he also did patchwork. Because of his schedule, he was able to accommodate our request and started work the next morning. Our ceiling was patched, popcorn ceiling scraped, and room completely repainted all in 3 days. On top of this, Afid is an excellent communicator and never left me hanging on his arrivals to my home or on next steps for projects.
