“Genuine customer service seems harder and harder to find theses days. I generally consider a good one time experience a fluke or something like that. But when it happens repeatedly by the same person, that is nothing short of great customer service. Ivy is the very pharmacist I speak of. She has a genuine love for her occupation and the people she serves. This is evident in the way she provides a personal concern in ensuring she has done all she can to make sure all my concerns are met, my questions are answered and that I don't pay more than I need to for my prescriptions. Many times I would mention my frustration over the high costs of medications. On several occasions, she would go on-line to retrieve coupons for me which would greatly lower the cost of certain medications. She would provide good sound advise so I can properly decide as to the best option for re-fills and insurance coverage. When she sees me walking towards the counter, she greets me by name with a glowing smile and retrieves my prescription/s ahead of time. In all the many years I've gone to various pharmacies, never have I received this level of sincere customer service from a pharmacist. In conclusion, if Ivy were to re-locate to another pharmacy farther away and less convenient, I would gladly go out of my way to wherever that maybe!”
