This is the first time I've seen professionalism in a Green Valley, AZ facility. Visited 2 other physical therapy establishments in the area and they use unskilled therapists. Some of them use interns that cannot answer your questions. One other facility I used had all dirty gray pillows for patients to use.”

“My Mother went to Elizabeth City Health and Rehab after sustaining a broken back. The nursing team was amazing, Angie is exceptional. The nurse assistants took wonderful care of her. The physical and occupational therapist rehabilitated to a level of functioning that allows her to live independently, I can not say enough good things about them. House keeping keeps the facility very clean and is friendly. The visiting nurse practitioners addressed symptoms immediately. I am giving them only 4 stars because the food, about 75% of the time was not eatable and sometimes we were unable to identify what it was. If you can bring or order food this is the perfect place for your loved ones.”
