After a couple x-rays, Dr. Holden treated me and I was on my way. They made a second appointment for the following day and I was given the option of cancelling if I felt it was not necessary. The clinic has prescribing staff and so not only did I get the needed adjustments, I also left with a prescription for muscle relaxers to help with an 800 mile drive home.”

“After suffering from severe pain down my right leg for months, I finally was diagnosed as having sciatica due to a bulging disc in my lower back. My first form of treatment recommended was PT. Having been highly recommended to Alex at Lifestyle, my treatment began. Within two weeks my pain greatly subsided, due to the personalized treatment I received. Returning to my orthopedic, two weeks after my treatment began, I was supposed to receive a cortisone injection. I can happily say…..injection was not needed.
