After conducting a search and making sure I was good to drive home he provided me with AWESOME directions and I made it home safe. I cant thank him enough as I get scared in unfamiliar places far from my house at night. I will say....I've never wanted to hit on a police officer SO BAD in my life. It's inappropriate and he didn't seem the type to let me get away with that, so I held my tongue. He has NICE triceps....”

“7/2022 4* Love and support police everywhere. The police of Hoffman Estates are no exception. Was there to help a family member yesterday. I will say, the people at the station were not very helpful. If we had not done research on the fly, we would not have known some things to ask about. Glad we checked before relying on them to give us all the information. Poor experience. I appreciate your hard work, and a very hard job that I would not do. But give people ALL of the information up front. Helps them out. And makes you look like great people. I still respect all policemen in any town. Bummer when things like this happen.”

“We were having a funeral for a church member last Friday, April 1st in the morning. A nearby neighbor walking his dog called 911 because he saw some kids trying to get into the cars in our parking lot! I wanted to commend the patrol cruiser that came VERY QUICKLY (about 10:45 AM) as their presence pulling into our lot scared them off. When they ran, the police cruiser departed quickly: don't know if they were able to catch/follow them. After the fact we were able to pull up three of our security cameras and have the young men on tape walking through our back parking lot, walking up alongside the building to our front parking lot, then trying the doors on several vehicles. Fortunately nothing was stolen and there was no damage. I believe it was due to the QUICK RESPONSE of our Northwest police officers. We greatly appreciate you and ALL that you do to keep us safe. Yours is a difficult and often thankless job, so I wanted to make sure to take the time to say THANK YOU for coming so quickly and preventing what could have been a very unpleasant outcome during a family's time of grief and sorrow.
