“It’s funny how people are quick to choose to give a business a negative review after one bad experience. Most of the reviewers today, have stated doing business with the company for over 10 years and today is the first time they have rated the company with a single star because the store was closed. What about the good service you have received over the years? No one bothered to give 4 or 5 stars when it was appropriate and when the business was serving your needs well. I’m sure we all know that customers do read reviews at times and this paints a very bad picture on a small business who’ve had to navigate these past turbulent 3 years of Covid and have managed to keep their doors opened. Let’s be fair and not place an unnecessary burden on our community small businesses that are already struggling to keep their doors open and to continue to serve us the best they can. Have even purchased boxes, envelopes, coffee cups, etc that are not normally found in the "tourist" sections of Casa Grande retail stores. The recipients of those cups were ecstatic because of their uniqueness. Think I'll try the Yankee Candles next; but will never go anywhere else in CG but this place. The owner treats you as a loyal family member...and tries to help in any way possible. Can't get that at a UPS store or the USPS. Love it....wished I had tried it years before. And, the location/parking are much better.....for convenience sake.”

“Book lovers paradise. It's not a sleek ultra modern novelty/book store with Starbucks in the corner. This is a REAL book store like Harry Potter would visit in a quaint English village. There are thousands of books and more arrive daily. Wander down the aisles and explore the "back rooms," It's almost overwhelming in a good way. The owner is extremely knowledgeable so don't hesitate to ask questions. I think she must have read every book there. Charming artwork decorates the building. And, the owner's sweet couch potato dog may even wake up to greet you . New hours: Mon - Fri 10AM - 5PM. Sat 11AM - 5PM. Closed Sunday.”
