“I have no complaints with the employees here. They're all very friendly, although some are not knowledgeable about things like international shipping. This is a small town, though, so I'll cut them some slack. The waits are short. My only real beef is the hours. Those are set by the federal government I'm sure, but the hours are limited compared to other and larger branches. PLUS, we're all required to buy a PO Box as there's no delivery to our residences. This causes tons of issues with many shippers. I wish they'd at least have mailboxes in clusters on the end of certain roads.”

They know you by name (especially Jason!) and are quick to help in any way they can. Plus the fact that recently, they have gone out of their way to spruce up the place - from the garden out front to the little plant that's on the sorting table in the lobby. Speaking of the table, when they removed the copy machine, there was no place for sorting and I mentioned that it would be nice to have a small table out there. Well, we have one now. So thanks from a satisfied customer!”
